Our Charges and Fees
We have a set flat-rate monthly fee per listing with no percentage of booking value charging.
Platform Fees
Each platform charges a different commission. Airbnb is currently 15%, Booking.com 17.2% and VRBO / Expedia / Bookabach is 12%. Direct bookings is 0.5%. Airbnb and Booking.com the payment fee is included. VRBO and Direct channels, payments are handled independently, so there is approximately 4% cost to process those payments. Â
Timings of Platform payouts
Airbnb pays out the day after check-in. Booking.com pays out the month following the checkout date. VRBO and Direct bookings are paid out 2-3 days after booking confirmation via Stripe.
