The bot will summarise one long message threads into one succinct summary and if necessary add a conversation tag. We have found this is particularly useful for a returning guest to have a summary of a previous conversation.

The inbox is automatically tagged by the bot based on either rules or the context of your conversation.
Examples
- A rule of any booking over $1,000 equals “High Value Booking”.
- Any mentions of wedding the bot will tag it as “Wedding requests”.
