Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, our 3 bedroom accommodation offers a comfortable stay for everyone. There is a trampoline, an outdoor dining space, a study nook and a separate space for teens and kids to retreat with a Smart TV and a fitness corner.Plux Stays at Poulter
Our 5 bedroom property caters to big groups. Kids have their own bunk room, trampoline and a mini- playground. All guests will be catered with three smart TVs, games room and more. There is a dedicated study nook for working on holiday guests. The EV/ Tesla Charger is a real bonus for those driving electric cars.
Plux Cottage
Plux Cottage is a turn of the century built cottage with character features which is situated in a private and secluded life-style block property surrounded with mature trees but yet so close to the city. It has a queen size bed and a kitchen with a bar fridge, single plate induction stove and a microwave. A washer/ dryer is also available. While we don’t have network cellular coverage, mobile calls can be made and received through our high speed internet with a technology called wifi calling. Christchurch, affectionately called the “Garden City,” is a vibrant metropolis celebrated for its stunning parks, innovative architecture, and thriving arts scene. Nestled on the city’s outskirts, this charming and private cottage offers an enchanting retreat steeped in over 100 years of history. It elegantly combines historical charm with modern conveniences, providing an ideal sanctuary for those seeking tranquility while staying close to the lively heart of Christchurch.
Prebbleton
Prebbleton is a small town in the Selwyn District, Canterbury region in the South Island of New Zealand. It is a good 20-minute drive to the city central and Christchurch Airport, traffic dependent. The Prebbleton Village has a variety of cafés and restaurants, dairies, dentist, local GP, hairdresser/ barber shop, gym, fuel stations, Fresh Choice supermarket, pharmacy, pubs/ restaurant, physiology, nail salon, local reserve and park, lots of playgrounds, a local Anglican church and two retirement homes. The Hornby Hub is a 9-minute drive from the village and offers more array of food choices, shopping, banking and more. Westfield Riccarton is a bigger mall and just a good 15 minute drive.
Lincoln
Lincoln is a charming suburb located 25 minutes outside of Christchurch. Outdoor enthusiasts are drawn to its hiking and biking trails, while the high streets offer a delightful mix of cool shops, cozy cafes, and a farmers’ and craft market. It is also home to the nearby biotechnology campus of Lincoln University. Lincoln offers a wider array of choices for food and activities. It also has its own dental, medical centres and local churches.
Tai Tapu
Tai Tapu is a small town nestled in the Port Hills and 18 km south west of Christchurch City in the Canterbury region of New Zealand’s South Island. State Highway 75 passes through the center of the village, connecting Christchurch with Akaroa and the Banks Peninsula. Just a 6 minute drive is the village of Halswell which has a New World Supermarket and more choices for dining.
