1. Photos & Gallery

  • Overall gallery score and band
  • Hero photo verdict — is your first photo doing its job?
  • Recommended Top 5 hero grid
  • Per-photo classification (hero / featured / room / detail / weak / duplicate)
  • Buried-asset sweep — premium amenities hidden deep in the gallery
  • Full reorder plan — slot-by-slot recommended sequence
  • Photo Tour status (room-binned layout vs flat grid)
  • Review screenshot strategy and placement
  • Hero differentiation — does it communicate what makes you special?

What we can't see (and what those would unlock)

The audit runs on what's public. Three of the biggest revenue movers for established hosts sit behind your account login — so they're not in this free report:

  • Your calendar and gap nights. The dollar value of an open Tuesday in March is one of the biggest yield levers and we can't see it from the outside.
  • Your dynamic pricing setup. PriceLabs / Wheelhouse / Beyond minimum-rate floors, base prices, and aggression settings drive a huge chunk of your revenue and they're invisible to a public scrape.
  • Your channel manager and sync hygiene. Cross- platform pricing parity, instant-confirm settings, and double- booking risk all live one layer below what we can read.

These three are core to our co-hosting service — if you want them looked at, the report will explain how. No drip campaign, no pitch deck. Just a one-line note from Matt if your numbers suggest it'd help.
