Core Operations is $129 per listing per month. Our early bird offer is $74 per listing per month, with a minimum of two listings. There is no on-boarding fee — getting started is risk-free.
No. We have no minimum term — we are confident of our service.
Airbnb is 15%. Booking.com is 17.2%. VRBO, Expedia, and Bookabach are 12%. Direct bookings via your Plux-built website are just 0.5% (Stripe processing).
Airbnb payouts arrive the day after check-in. Booking.com is the month following checkout. VRBO and direct bookings are 2–3 days after booking confirmation.
